Just like we predicted, MichaelJacksonCasino.com didn't stay open for long. While the name of the site owner has managed to remain a mystery, a man named Howard Mann claims to own the copyright for the MJ photos used on the site. Therefore, he's filed a $100 million lawsuit against GoDaddy.com, who he believes registered the domain name.

Further investigation reveals that the fradulent MJ casino site's layout looked suspiciously similar to SportsBetting.com's, so many are assuming that they are related.

The Michael Jackson Estate doesn't mess around. When PopCap Games released a new version of its Plants Vs. Zombies game last month, their dancing zombie character resembled the Thriller-era Michael a little too much. The Estate said shut it down, and PopCap complied.  

Meanwhile, in positive MJ gaming news, "Michael Jackson The Experience" for the Nintendo Wii will be available for players to experience at this month's GameCom in Cologne, Germany from August 18-22!

Some say the shyster behind the site is Joe Jackson with his continual crusade to profit off Michael. Rumors of Joe's trip to Macau last month fuel this theory. Many online casinos are based out of Macau, so could Joe have possibly made a deal?

In addition to poker, roulette, craps, and slots, this casino appears to also offer sportsbook betting, although the links were faulty when we tried to check them out. Perhaps MJ's lawyers have already made a move... or maybe this site was never fully operable to begin with!

In what seems to be the funniest bank robbery footage I have ever seen (I am sure the people there do not think it is funny at all, so I apologize to them), it appears that even Sith lords are having a rough time during this economic downturn. Reports of Darth Vader robbing a Chase bank in Setauket, NY have been all over the Internet after CCTV footage was released by the local police. The robber almost had the full getup, minus the fact that he was wearing camo pants under his cape.

At first, a customer thought the robbery was fake. But Darth shoved him to the floor as he made his way to the teller, who proceeded to fulfill his demands (how could she resist the Jedi mind trick?). Suffolk County Police Detective Sgt. William Lamb told the New York Daily News newspaper: "The customer thought it might have been a joke, and not a serious attempt at a robbery."

No word yet on how much he got away with.

29 year old convenience store clerk Chris Shaw noticed an incredible amount of people buying Powerball lottery tickets for the $258 million drawing. He figured, what the heck, I'll buy a ticket too. He won and it became the largest lottery jackpot ever won in Missouri. The winning numbers were 11-34-41-49-55 with the powerball of 20. 

Shaw said he was down to his last $29 in his checking account so this win couldn't have came at a better time. Well, I think any time to win $258 million is a good time. He had just recently begun working at the Breaktime gas station / convenience store to be able to spend more time with his family. He was formerly a truck driver. 

Shaw has 3 kids and a girlfriend with 2 kids so he plans on taking a vacation to Disneyworld in Florida and paying off all their debt. Perhaps he'll consider some new teeth too?

She prefers to be called Horny Granny rather than Goat Granny.

101 year old Zhang Ruifang is quite the celebrity in her Chinese village of Linlou, due to the 6 centimeter black horn growing from her forehead. It began sprouting out last year and now she fears another one is growing on the other side. They appear to be cutaneous horns, which are made up of compacted keratin, but it's highly unusual (and pretty gross) to see them grow this large.

Her six children are worried that she's becoming a goat, while bloggers believe she has been possessed by the devil himself. She refuses to visit a doctor to get them removed because she's probably enjoying her new found fame. Perhaps she should get flashy and decorate the horns with ornaments, or she could be more practical use and just hang her keys.

Game Change is the new book by John Heilemann and Mark Haperin which reveals that McCain advisers were shocked by how little Palin knew about politics and history when she became the Republican’s running mate. Palin didn’t know why North and South Korea were separate nations or what the Federal Reserve did. She couldn’t answer who U.S. troops were fighting in Iraq. 

More claims suggest that Palin practically suffered a mental breakdown while trying to cram for her interviews and speeches; not eating, drinking or sleeping much for days at a time. 

However, most people say let's forget the past and see how Sarah Palin fares over at Fox News. Her sexy, passionate, quirky appeal has helped her remain popular and her broadcasting background should provide her with more experience for this gig than for the VP of the U.S.A.

Another young celebrity passes on mysteriously. Last week it was Brittany Murphy; this week it's Jimmy Sullivan.

James Owen Sullivan, drummer of Avenged Sevenfold, was found dead in his Southern California home Monday night.

Natural causes is once again to blame, but Jimmy was well known to partake in excessive drinking and drug use.

Avenged Sevenfold fans are devasted. The Rev was not only an excellent drummer, but also a talented singer and song writer.

A huge snowstorm on Saturday in Washington D.C. prompted hundreds of fun-loving folks to participate in a snowball fight. Leave it to the police to ruin all the fun.

Once a plainclothes policeman's Hummer got smacked with a snowball, he proceeded to pull out his gun and threaten the snow throwers.
